Our customer is a growing international transport company headquartered in Kolding, Denmark. They undertake all forms of freight forwarding and transportation tasks, and offer a wide range of B2B and B2C logistics solutions.
Would you like to make a difference in handling customer integrations and be the lead of the development of the complicated B2B and B2C business?
Then you will be a very important player in executing our customers future strategy.
As an integration specialist you will be a part of a dedicated team in the IT-department in Denmark, with 6 employees, who are all specialists in their fields.
You will have a great influence on the position.
Our customer highly values knowledge sharing, co-operation, and professionalism. The operational- and development tasks are performed across departments, disciplines, countries and cultures.
In cooperation with the Business Relation Department and the Account Managers, integrations are carried out in a BizTalk environment towards the customers.
Our customer wants to have the strongest team, always being ahead with the latest technologies. As a result of this, they emphasize professional development and education very highly.
You will work together with the other employees in the IT-Department and refer to the IT Manager.
We are looking for an employee who has a background as a developer. You have previously worked with integration (BizTalk), and you have knowledge of EDI exchange and the ability to handle multiple data formats.
You will help to bring coherence to the many integrations and automated processes our customer deals with, and secure a future development and best-practice approach to the existing and particularly the future developments.
You have a basic knowledge and understanding of Microsoft-based environments – but to add value in this job, you must have specialist knowledge in the following areas:
- Thorough and in-depth technical knowledge of XML format
- Thorough knowledge of the databroker/hub system – Microsoft BizTalk
- Thorough knowledge of EDI data connections
But most of the time you will be making development- and integration projects in cooperation with the Business Relation department, and secure the daily operational tasks on the existing customer solutions.
You see yourself as service-minded and you thrive on having a large interface area in contact with many stakeholders, where you are responsible for a constructive cooperation and a business-orientered way of working.
You are motivated by having the responsibility for good planning, documentation and transfer. And you contribute with your analytical skills and your ability to communicate complex issues in a simple and understandable way.

You are pro-active, solution-oriented and able to ensure effective development. You work systematically and committed to your work, and you can cope with a high workload, without losing track. You thrive with contact to the end-user and the preparation of the documentation comes naturally.
